Tips For Physical Fitness
Avoid black tea, coffee and alcohol.
Drink herbal teas. Nettle tea is very good for kidney function, tea is also good for cleaning the liver.
Drink at least one liter of water per day.
Ideally we drank more than one liter per day. Place a water bottle at your desk and sip regularly. You will be amazed how easy it is if you drink a little, but often.
Drink fresh fruit juices.
For example, carrot juice, red bulbs, apples and cucumbers. All of the nutritious fruit and cleanse the body.
Avoid processed foods (ready to eat).
Stay away from all the ready meals, savory snacks and biscuits. Eat foods with natural flavors. Cook the vegetables to steam, use a little oil, in order to get as many nutrients with a distinctive flavor.
Choose organic foods.
In order to minimize the amount of pesticides which enter the body, choose organic foods. Though you can not make all of the food consumed is sourced from organic foods, do the best you can do. It will make a big difference.
Eat five servings of fruits and vegetables per day.
Should be more than that. At lunch and dinner, try to fill 60 percent of your plate with vegetables and eat a variety of vegetables.
Reduce meat products.
Avoid dairy and replace milk with soy milk or animal nut. Alternative to proteins such as beans, lentils, grains and quinoa.
Keep your health.
Enough sleep at night, do yoga or pilates, body massage once in a while and went to do regular exercise.
